Personal Attendant (PA) Services

Personal Attendant services provide non-medical support and supervision to individuals who require assistance with daily living activities in their home and community. Services may include assistance with personal care, meal preparation, mobility support, community access, safety supervision, and other activities that help individuals maintain independence and quality of life.

Supported Living Services (SLS)

Supported Living Services are designed to help individuals live independently in their own homes while receiving the support necessary to maintain health, safety, and stability. SLS services are individualized and may include daily living support, behavioral support, budgeting assistance, household management, community integration, advocacy, and coordination of services based on the individual’s unique needs and goals.

Independent Living Services (ILS)

Independent Living Services support individuals in developing and strengthening the skills necessary to live as independently as possible. Services may include training and support in areas such as money management, cooking, personal care, use of public transportation, household maintenance, scheduling appointments, and accessing community resources.

Client Benefits & Representative Payee Services

We assist individuals with navigating and maintaining eligible benefits and financial responsibilities to help promote financial stability and accountability. Representative Payee and benefits support services may include assistance with budgeting, monitoring expenses, paying bills, maintaining records, and ensuring funds are used to support the individual’s personal needs, health, safety, and overall well-being.

Self-Determination Program

In October 2013, Governor Edmund G. Brown Jr. signed into law the Self-Determination Program, which provides individuals and their families more freedom, control, and responsibility in choosing services and supports to help them meet objectives in their Individual Program Plan.
